Our client seeks a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to collaborate on various Remediation Initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in documenting processes, a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and extensive experience in remediation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and document business requirements for remediation projects.
- Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specification documents (FSDs), and other relevant documentation to support remediation efforts.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and requirements.
- Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and remediation.
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices throughout the SDLC, from requirement gathering to implementation and post-implementation support.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Remediation Initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proven ability to effectively document business requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- BA Qualifications such as IIBA certification (CBAP, CCBA) or familiarity with BABOK framework preferred.
- Must have demonstrated core BA skills including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
