My Client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding technology company revolutionising the Wealth Management industry. They pride themselves on delivering innovative solutions that empower financial advisors and clients to achieve their financial goals.
They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced seasoned Business Analyst with a strong background in Wealth Management to join the team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse, design, and implement effective business processes and technology solutions that support growth and enhance their competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities related to several product & technology lead projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PO, developers, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements documents, use cases, and user stories to support project planning and execution.
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions, including system integrations and software implementations.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus in the Wealth Management industry.
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management from an operational side.
- Proven track record of successfully leading business analysis initiatives and supporting project delivery.
- Experience working on large technology programs, including system integrations, software implementations, and technology transformations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
