Address MyState are seeking expressions of interest for a Senior Business Applications Analyst with a passion for bringing digital solutions to life that will delight our customers. MyState are constantly enhancing our customer facing applications and subsequently we are seeking expressions of interest for a Senior Business Applications Analyst to join our Hobart Tasmania based team to be part of this exciting journey.
A day in the life:
You'll work closely with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences via internet/mobile banking and online origination applications. Whilst you won't be doing any coding directly, your strong experience in software development will be essential to supporting solving complex technical problems and influencing the delivery from our solutions partners.
You'll be:
responsible for supporting implementation of packaged software along with any required customisation. involved through the full systems development lifecycle with, change specification, testing, implementation, development vendor management and ongoing support. You'll have strong experience writing both functional and semi-technical specifications for enterprise systems along with a solid understanding of front-end, back-end and integration technologies. In addition to your technical skills, your ability to communicate with key stakeholders is paramount. This will include building a strong working relationship with business Product Owners.
This position will also require provision of 3rd level support during and outside of standard business hours as required.
Preferably you will also have experience in a financial services environment and/or recent end-to-end experience with implementation of customer facing web-based solutions.
