The Role:
Our Sydney team are looking for an experienced Senior Business Banking Manager to join the team to manage and grow a portfolio of Professional Services clients.
This opportunity will see you focusing on the management of an existing SME client base whilst growing strong referral sources, community links and new business partnerships. The Professional Services team have an array of clients and customer segments some of which include, Real Estate Accounting, Law Firms, Financial Planning, Insurance and Brokers.
Day to day you will:
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
- Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth.
- Proactively leveraging networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities.
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market.
- Talk to customers about their proposed annual business plans.
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
