ALG has some great opportunities for Maintenance Planner to work with our Defence Aviation client based in Richmond working in a specialised project. The position will give the successful candidates valuable exposure to the aviation industry, as well as a wide range of future career prospects.
The role of the Maintenance Planner is to provide effective project planning and control for C130J aircraft allocated to our client's facility maintenance. This involves creating, updating, and analysing of the schedule for each aircraft in servicing. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for the development of Deeper Maintenance, work schedules and work packages to support the on-time delivery of C130J aircraft.
The successful candidates possess the following attributes:
- Full Australian Working Rights (Mandatory)
- Holds Certificate IV in Aero skills Mechanical, Avionics and or Structures) and or equivalent relevant aircraft maintenance experience.
- Minimum 5 years' technical or maintenance experience in the aviation industry
- Knowledge of maintenance management, including maintenance management systems, planning, equipment, and parts management
- Knowledge of applicable aviation maintenance legislation and regulations (e.g. CASR, DASR), standards
- A detailed knowledge of data analysis, data verification and data collating processes
- High level of data collection, data analysis and experience developing maintenance schedules
- Demonstrated track record in driving process improvement, balancing best practices.
- Knowledge of compiling comprehensive schedules for DM aircraft maintenance
