Your Purpose:

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Manager to join the business on a 6–9-month contract and lead our Business Intelligence team.

As the Senior Business Intelligence Manager, manage the BI team, scope in data inputs, storage and outputs, reporting and dashboarding, automation and client servicing. You will work closely with your direct manager, and your team members and external stakeholders regularly to collaborate on various projects. You are required to articulate complex data manipulation processes/requirements to team members and other stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Leading a small team of Senior Business Intelligence professionals
• Taking accountability & ownership over all BI projects across the agency
• Explore new data transformation and reporting tools and techniques
• Work closely with Annalect client's, identifying and interpreting business needs and responding with BI solutions
• Discovery and requirement gathering across all new BI projects
• Building, testing, and delivering engaging dashboards, reports, and insights
• Building solutions in tools such as Tableau where necessary

Your Expertise:

• 5+ years of Senior BI experience
• Experience managing a technical BI team
• Experience working with cloud environments like AWS and Google Cloud is a must
• An analytical/ investigative mindset with a customer centric outlook
• Capability to develop and document new processes
• Ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines under pressure, through definitive planning and prioritizing
