Senior Manager Business Intelligence

An exciting opportunity has presented itself at nbn as a Senior Manager Business Intelligence, reporting to the General Manager Improve & Transform.

A bit about your role

As the Senior Manager Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support operations. The role collaborates with and reports to the General Manager and other stakeholders to create and communicate reports, briefings, documents, and insights that inform strategic decisions and drive performance improvement.

This will be an opportunity to lead and mentor a team of Business Intelligence Leads who deliver data solutions and analysis.

A bit about you

The successful candidate will have significant experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles in complex organisations.

You have highly developed experience in SQL, Excel, and Power BI or other data visualization tools. Experience with CRM systems, sales data, and customer satisfaction metrics would be valuable.

This role requires excellent problem solving, and communication skills and demonstrated ability to address a complicated problem meticulously.
