The firm
Jarratt, Webb & Barrett Solicitors is a law firm with offices located in Tamworth and Nelson Bay. We are a generalist firm servicing a broad variety of clients in areas including Family Law, Conveyancing, Wills and Estates, Agricultural law, Commercial disputes and litigation.
The position
We are seeking a motivated and diligent receptionist to join our Tamworth office on a full-time basis commencing immediately.
The candidate
The successful candidate duties will include:
- General reception, typing, mail and document management along with diary coordination.
- Must be well presented and have reasonable telephone manner.
- Must be able to liase with clients as an initial point of contact.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; and
- The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Be familiar with the Microsoft suite of programs.
- Experience preferable but not essential.
