The role & team
As the Senior Business Project Manager, you will be accountable for the successful management of key projects across Specsavers ANZ Optical business. The role will be required to partner with business stakeholders, both locally and globally, to understand the business needs, apply known methodologies, and draw on prior experiences to ensure the successful delivery of project initiatives.
You will be seen as a leader where you will support and mentor other group and other region project teams and business stakeholders, to resolve project and business issues where required.
The skills we are looking for
- Significant Project Management experience in business facing roles and a track record of implementing varying types and sizes of projects on time and budget.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
- Experience driving change and the ability to set direction
- A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of people
- Formal project management qualifications (Prince2 and Agile are desirable)
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Experience working within the Retail Industry is highly desirable
