We are looking for an experienced banker with well-developed business lending and credit analysis skills, as well as significant knowledge of commercial markets, your proven and proactive approach to business development and sales background will be the way you value customers in everything you do will motivate and bring you success.

As a SeniorBusiness RelationshipManager, you'll get to:
- Manage and grow a commercial portfolio with complex lending typically in the range of $1.5-5 million TAE across a variety of industries: deepen existing relationships and acquire new customers.
- Connect with your customers through quality conversations to design and deliver innovative, holistic and needs-based financial solutions that will help to grow their business.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders: form partnership relationships with Consumer Regional Managers and branch managers, coach and lead education of Branch teams, build trusted relationships with Credit Risk.
- Develop and implement localised plans to raise the profile of yourself and the bank in the community, including building strong networks with local industry, business and community groups.
This is a full time, permanent position, based in Sydney. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of two days in a local office per week.
