What the role entails
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems team, based in our Melbourne office - with a hybrid working model available. You will own and be the expert for our critical business applications, ensuring they are consistently adding value to the business now and in the future.
Picture this: 80% of your time dedicated to spearheading the AlyaCare rollout, where every decision you make shapes the future of healthcare software. But wait, there's more! You'll also dive into the world of our organisations' incredible software suite, spending 20% of your time exploring and mastering these bespoke products.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Own and communicate updates for critical applications, engaging stakeholders effectively.
- Provide adept support and enhance functionality for new and existing applications by undertaking functional configuration, creating and modifying scripts, providing technical guidance, integration set up, definition and management of roles and permissions.
- Identify opportunities for software improvement aligned with business needs.
- Shape vendor development roadmaps to ensure continued value delivery.
- Coordinate seamless system upgrades from testing to implementation.
- Constantly seek ways to enhance capabilities and deliver superior customer value.
What you need to succeed
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally in homecare / healthcare, with a knack for software implementations.
- Proficiency in web technologies like APIs and HTML.
- Skilled in documenting business flows, spotting gaps, and troubleshooting issues.
- Proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail and analytical prowess.
- Strong collaborator who fosters relationships with empathy and professionalism.
- Capable of communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
