AddressYou will work extensively with the Microsoft stack, including SharePoint, and lead the migration of systems from on-premises to the cloud, with a specific focus on Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business operations and requirements.
- Analyze and uplift business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead the migration of on-premises systems to cloud-based solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Utilize Microsoft stack (including SharePoint) to develop and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide expert guidance on Dynamics 365, ensuring its effective integration and utilization within the organization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and system specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure stakeholders are well-informed and adept at using new systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Systems analysis or a similar role.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and effective communication with various levels of an organization.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft stack, including SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
- Demonstrated experience in migrating systems from on-premises to cloud solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the Mining.
- Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management (e.g., CBAP, PMP).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
