SSG is expanding its team in Brisbane head office and is seeking a Call Centre Operator who has experience in investigation and problem solving, you must have an eye for detail and eager to learn, to join our dynamic team.

About The Role:
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, we are looking for a self-motivated self-starter with a track record of investigating, problem solving, achieving tasks within designated timeframes and an eye for detail.
This role involves investigate work in direct calling supplier, customers, installers and within the renewable energy industry, facilitating data collection, verification, investigating and tracking site data.
You will need excellent communication and customer service engagement skills, and be focused on delivering practical solutions that achieve excellent business outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in complaint handling and undertaking workplace investigations
- High level investigation and communication skills, when dealing with suppliers and customer relations.
- Demonstrated high level investigation report writing skills.
- Task follow through and appointment keeping.
- Proficient in excel with the ability to learn additional software packages / applications.
- Familiar with information handling practices compliant to the privacy act.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with both suppliers and customers.
- Able to multi-task and apply task prioritisation as required to meet project targets.
- Attention to detail with accurate data entry and evaluation.
- Previous experience required in an investigative role
- Clear communication skills with English as the preferred primary spoken language.
