Responsibilities include supervision of team to ensure service excellence and full compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), meeting FedEx and customer standards.

- Supervise daily coordination of collections and deliveries, working with customers, suppliers, service providers and internal team members.
- Provide direction to clerical team and drivers to ensure full compliance with SOPs and requirements set by management and customers.
- Manage bookings and schedule shipment deliveries in accordance with customer requirements.
- Handle customer delivery enquiries.
- Process documentation promptly to minimise delays and penalties.
- Manage shipment details and keep records up-to-date.
- Ensure system and report data accuracy, input timeliness and data integrity.
- Monitor and hold full responsibility on KPI measurements and preparation of reports.
- Resolve issues that come up and prepare workable plans of action to ensure on time deliveries.
- Ensure efficient completion of month-end, quarter-end and peak season activities.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time deliveries.
- Build strong business relationships with service providers .
Requirements:
At least 4 years experience as transport allocator or Cartage Coordinator in the freight forwarding or distribution service environments. General knowledge of transportation, linehaul, freight movement and supply chain.
