How will I help?
As the Senior Case Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role within FM Product Operations, FM Product Operations (FPO) is part of Institutional Banking Services under the WIB Operations division. Working within the FPO Case Management Team, your role is critical in ensuring as an organisation, we are compliant with multiple regulations, to protect the bank's reputation and financial assets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal stakeholder management, work closely with Relationship Managers, Product Fulfilment, Global Derivative Reform Team, Credit, Legal & Compliance.
  • Provide efficient and timely on-boarding of new/existing fund client relationships to Westpac.
  • Manage front-office relationship for business requests in Fund on-boarding, CIV FM Onboarding and remediation.
  • Manage end-end client on-boarding process, ensuring due-diligence documentation is sourced and delivered to the WIB Operations teams.

What do I need?
  • Working knowledge of FM Product Onboarding / KYC/ Compliance/ AML procedures and standards.
  • Knowledge of multiple client types (i.e. Corporates, Correspondent Banks, NBFIs, Trusts, SPVs, Funds, Partnerships
  • Prior experience of adhering to controls and compliance standards.
  • Quality client focus, strong controls mind-set and strong customer services skills (i.e. oral and written communication skills).
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Ability to drive to take full ownership of processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to resolution.
