The Role
- Oversee a small portfolio of self-insurance workers comp claims
- Lead initial liability decisions with confidence
- Use your charisma to engage with injured workers and employers – let your relationship management skills shine!
- Develop and implement effective return-to-work plans and case strategies
- Make informed decisions within legislative boundaries
- Have fresh ideas? Great! Work across various projects and broaden your experience – not just case management!
- Strong case management experience under VIC Legislation
- Deep understanding of legislation and sound decision-making skills
- Self-insured experience preferred, but experience with both front and tail claims portfolios considered
- Proven track record of excellent return-to-work outcomes
- Exceptional relationship management skills with a charismatic touch
- Genuine enthusiasm for case management and innovative thinking!
