Senior Change Analyst

Clerk Grade 9/10, ($120,859 pa - $133,183 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The Process and Technology Harmonisation (PaTH) Program is taking our finance and technology systems to the next level, through a new SAP system called myWorkZone. This consolidates multiple versions of SAP, used across multiple NSW Government portfolios, to one core technology to simplify our corporate and shared service systems.
The Senior Change Analyst will support the Change and Experience team by assessing change, designing and deploying change interventions, while accounting for differences in requirements, cultures and organisational processes in order to maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance.
What you'll do
Apply effective change management practices supporting employee change and adoption of the myWorkZone solution in Wave 2 as part of the PaTH program. This role will support people through the change process and move along the commitment curve to successfully adopt the new myWorkZone solution.
The Senior Change Analyst will
- support the Experience and Change team to drive effective change management that will successfully deploy myWorkZone to the Wave 2 entities.
- conduct change management assessment work to include complexity assessments, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and business readiness assessments in alignment with the Program Change and Experience Strategy and provide timely input to Program reporting requirements.
- assess the change impacts on HR and Finance processes
- actively contribute to the collation and outputs of the change management reporting systems including working with the Director and Change Leads to provide regular and ad hoc reports to satisfy Program requirements.
What we're looking for
- Experience in Change Management supporting in medium/large sized programs of work.
- Experience with using SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with the key finance processes in Purchasing (Procure to Pay), Revenue management (Revenue to Bank), financial budgeting and reporting (Budget to Report)
- Ability to apply business knowledge of impacted business areas to deliver Program objectives.
- Familiarity with change management principles, methods, and tools.
