Allura Partners are working with a professional services firm, who are seeking a Senior Change and Communications Manager to collaborate with the project team on implementing a new AML system.
This role also focuses on effectively overseeing the implementation of change and communications for global and regional programs and projects. The aim is to realise the companies strategic priorities, bolster presence in key markets, drive productivity and profitability, cultivate their culture, and embrace digital transformation.
The business are looking for someone who understands Anti-money laundering and is from a professional services background with excellent stakeholder engagement experience.
The Change Manager role will involve:
- Work extensively with the project team on implementing a new AML system across the business
- Stakeholder analysis, mapping and engagement
- Building change plans and delivering end to end change capability
- Creating and executing effective communication plans
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Previous experience delivering change for a professional services business
- Understand Anti-money laundering legislation and implementation of new systems
- Be knowledgeable in multiple change tools and methodologies
- Demonstrable experience in workplace change and understand agile ways of working
- Ideally come from a management consulting background
- Be excellent communicators and have strong stakeholder management skills
- Be able to influence change at a mid-senior level
