School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.
About the role
Provide specialist Change Management expertise and advice, working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders across a range of projects and initiatives, to deliver and realise best practice change outcomes in alignment with relevant legislative requirements and strategic directions.

Essential requirements of the role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, the value of public education.
Key knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
- Demonstrated experience in changing work practices and the ways of working, including the development and implementation of Change Management tools and processes.
