Who are we looking for?
Playing a lead role within the Digital Design Group, you will apply your skills in delivery, coordination and workforce resourcing of design documentation projects across a variety of projects in Civil & Water Infrastructure.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Leading design documentation project teams including the planning and delivery of major civil infrastructure projects.
- Provide project coordination and assistance in the production of design documentation using Civil 3D and BIM360/Synergy for civil and water projects.
- Ensuring project design and documentation complies with client design and drafting standards.
- Overseeing and facilitating knowledge sharing including mentoring junior team members.
- Supporting Team Leader and Business Group Leader with activities associated with coordinating the workload for the Civil and Urban Infrastructure group as well as continued development of innovations and digital transformation.
- Diploma TAFE qualification in Civil Engineering
- A minimum of 8yrs of relevant work experience
- A demonstrated history leading civil infrastructure projects
- Proven proficiency using Civil 3D for earthworks and road projects
- BIM360/Synergy experience is highly regarded
- Navisworks exposure is advantageous
- Ideally have previous experience within an engineering consulting firm.
