Senior Civil Designer

NEW opportunity for a Senior Civil Designer to join a growing Defence Civil Infrastructure team within a well known National Consultancy

CGC are working with an innovative, employee-owned consultancy seeking an experienced a Senior Civil Designer to help drive the next growth phase within there Defence team.
With multiple offices across Australia they are able to design and deliver engineering solutions for clients in the Property, Transport, Ports and Marine, Water, Renewables and Defence sector.
The Role - Senior Civil Designer - Defence
In this specialist role, our client is seeking a Senior Civil Designer with a strong technical capability to undertake design and development using Autodesk Civil 3D Software. The designer will need to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to create accurate and efficient design models, plans, and drawings for various civil engineering defence
projects.
Key design areas will typically involve: Surface design and modelling such as earthworks, levelling and pavements, Road design, Drainage design, Water / Sewer infrastructure utilities including pump stations and emergency storage.
About you:

• A Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 7 years Civil Design experience delivering civil infrastructure projects across AU
• Knowledge and experience in Civil related design and delivery of land development and building type projects, including multi-disciplinary servicing of developments.
• Ability to coordinate and plan workloads.
• Extensive knowledge in using Civil 3D and 12D Design Software (or similar equivalent).
• AutoCAD capabilities to draft and detail.
