The Role
Due to their successes on all fronts, they are continuing to grow. Their next key hire is that of a Senior Civil Drafter to take the lead on projects and to offer guidance and mentoring to junior members of staff.
If people management is something that you're looking for, then there are also opportunities for you to do this, although it is not a necessity of the role.
The Responsibilities
As a Senior Civil Drafter, you will be for:

• Ensuring that your projects are delivered on-time
• They have the appropriate drafting resources allocated
• All associated budgets are met
• Liaise with all stakeholders and communicate effectively with them
• Mentor and help to develop junior staff

The Requirements
We are looking for you to demonstrate:

• Experience of delivering an range of land development projects that includes large-scale staged subdivisions
• Strong AutoCAD skills and experience
• Any design experience would be highly advantageous but not essential
• Australian experience is essential, with NSW experience being highly sought-after
