Senior Civil Engineer

We are an integrated team of passionate Civil Engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, town planners, urban designers, water engineers, digital specialists and visual media artists providing consultancy services to the property and infrastructure sectors. Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and the ACT.Job DescriptionAbout the opportunityJoining an established team with a strong pipeline of projects, you will be responsible for all aspects of civil design for local land development projects as well as contributing to design in other geographies. This role will see you:

• Prepare design plans for subdivisional road, drainage and water/sewer network designs
• Carry out design calculations whilst working to project timelines and budget
• Manage Project responsibilities including scheduling, estimating, and report preparation
• Solve complex design challenges, delivering great solutions for our clients
• Liaise with, and manage expectations of stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities and councils
• Support and mentor junior design team members by sharing your knowledge and experience to help support their professional development, as well as your own

About youAn experienced Senior Civil Engineer, you have previously worked on land development or infrastructure projects and you aspire to take a design lead role. You will demonstrate the following:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and the ability to become registered (RPEng)
• An agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities seamlessly
• A passion for professional development, both your own and that of others, through mentoring, on the job training and keeping up to date with industry trends.
• Previous experience in design consultancy within land development projects in VIC or NSW will be highly regarded
• White card and drivers' licence required.
