Senior Civil Engineer - Mining

YOUR NEXT COMPANY:
Our client is a tier 1 global engineering consultancy with thousands of people across Australia and New Zealand alone. They have seen growth in their infrastructure and mining sectors and have some largescale clients requiring assistance across a couple of regional mine sites within South Australia. You will be part of the Civil and Infrastructure team doing Civil Engineering and design. The role will be working from the Adelaide CBD office. Contract 12 Month length to be renewed.

 
YOUR NEXT ROLE:
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be leading design packages for civil works for Mining clients. This would involve designs for pavement designs, car parks, haul roads, pipeline design, bulk earthworks, pipeline traces, pavement for concrete foundations, etc., pertaining to Mining projects. You will also do coordination and mentoring of graduates and serve as a bridge between the Principal Engineer and the Graduates. 

 
ARE YOU A FIT?
To be considered successful, you will be tertiary qualified with a Civil Engineering Degree, you MUST have civil design experience for mining sites be an experienced Civil Engineer with 6+ years of experience and a background working for reputable engineering consultancies doing Civil Engineering and design. Ideally you will have experience with mining projects in Australia and experience or exposure to working with mining and or oil and gas or heavy industries.
