ABOUT THE POSITION ON OFFER
It is a WA Site-based role [FIFO/DIDO] and can be located in South Australia or WA. Our project is in Collie near Bunbury, WA
The Senior Civil Project Engineer is responsible for providing frontline work management, personnel management, and supervision for civil works. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality project services to the client and providing supervision and coordination as required.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical direction for civil engineering, road design, earthworks, stormwater drainage, building site works, and water and sewerage reticulation
- Undertake technical reviews and ensure the quality of project deliverables
- Manage RFI's and provide construction support to meet the client's construction schedule
- Managing the delivery of projects to meet time, quality, budgetary and health and safety targets;
- Other duties as requested by your manager from time to time
Your skills and experience:
- Recognized relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
- Extensive experience in construction with an emphasis on designing roads, drainage, water, sewer
- Demonstrated competency in implementing Health & Safety initiatives.
- Proactively seek to continuously improve performance, deliverables, and work efficiencies
