Technical Skills- 9+ years experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency in Australia.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across various digital channels like search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, display advertising, content marketing, and more.
- Solid understanding of data analytics, tracking, and performance measurement.
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously. Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets across multiple accounts
What does the role entail1. Digital Strategy and Planning:
- Develop comprehensive omnichannel Digital Marketing strategies aligned with clients' overall business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to devise integrated digital campaigns that may include search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, display advertising, content marketing, and more.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations, proactively integrating new tactics and technologies into client strategies.
- Maintain a sound understanding of the Australian traditional media ecosystem and ensure that there is a comprehensive and cohesive cooperation between the placement teams.
2. Campaign Execution and Optimisation:
- Oversee the implementation of digital campaigns, ensuring they are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide strategic insights to optimize performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the digital team to conduct A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and other experiments to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Streamline processes across deliverables.
3. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage Digital Marketing budgets for assigned accounts.
- Ensure budget allocations are optimised to maximise campaign performance and meet client objectives.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to work collaboratively and effectively to achieve client objectives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to account managers and digital specialists, fostering their professional growth.
- Oversee the development of product roadmaps for paid media and work with the delivery team to ensure the continued innovation and growth of the agency's offering.
