WFH Senior Bookkeeper / Client Manager

Whether it's managing their bookkeeping requirements or assisting with specific tasks, we are ready to take on any challenge.We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Bookkeeper / Client Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive bookkeeping services and assisting with client management. Your expertise will ensure accurate financial records, compliance with relevant regulations, and excellent client service. You will work closely with our awesome clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed their expectationsWhat we are offering:

• Salary starting from $80,000 + Super.
• Bonus structure.
• Permanent work from home anywhere in Australia (If you live in Geelong/Melbourne, there is an opportunity to catch up in person once a month if interested)
• Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Assist clients with Xero accounting software and Add Ons such as Hubdoc.
• Provide guidance on BAS, GST, payroll, and other compliance requirements.
• Support the Client Manager in client meetings, strategy sessions, and business development activities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients' financial processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Xero.
• Strong understanding of Australian tax laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
