Job Description : Reporting to the AVP Sales - ANZ this is a key role in maintaining and growing OSF’s business with its customers. The focus will primarily be one of new business development into a defined territory, particularly initially as we build our client-base. This opportunity will include account management of newly won accounts for typically 1-2 years before they are handed over to dedicated Account Managers. The key purpose and focus is to develop and grow OSF’s business into new or dormant accounts across all the OSF lines of business into your assigned territory. Drive new business and revenue in large enterprise accounts. Meet revenue and margin targets for your assigned territory or accounts. Build strong internal relationships with peers and delivery centre management. Identify and develop new opportunities across OSF's offerings. Leverage your commercial knowledge for successful outcomes. Be the primary contact for customer account management. Support contract negotiation and agreement closure.

- Confident sales leader with gravitas and strong communication skills and high level of EQ to build relationships at all levels. Self-management skills and proactive business development drive are essential.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with enterprise clients. Proven track record in developing territories, achieving targets, and managing diverse accounts. Self-management skills and proactive business development drive are essential. Strong knowledge of IT technologies such as Marketing Automation, CRM, ERP, Integration, and Ecommerce tools. Experience in professional services and/or managed services businesses. Background knowledge of Salesforce Core, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud being a significant asset. Strong network of positive contacts within Salesforce or the general market. Experience in a partner/vendor relationship model, particularly with large global IT vendors.
