ABOUT YOU:
As a Senior Client Manager, you will work as part of the client services team supporting and in partnership with a Client Director and Client Partner. You will be responsible for the successful day-to-day running of projects whilst building strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Organising and attending client meetings; creating and leading presentations with precision and confidence
- Being the key agency lead across a number of levels and brands, building trusted and collaborative partnerships with clients
- Overseeing the timely distribution of agendas, contact reports, status reports, timelines and other client facing documentation
- Confidently presenting and discussing briefs, feedback, proposals and financials with a client team
- Using your understanding of the clients and industry to identify opportunities to proactively unlock new conversations
- Managing the delivery of design projects and workflow, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard to meet client timelines and budgets
- Leading and overseeing the day-to-day project deliverables from the initial briefing through the artwork process, recognising when to elevate any issues
- Developing and managing project timelines and detailed proposals
- Taking responsibility for the weekly management of billings, forecasting and client purchase orders broaden your understanding of the client service discipline required
- Strategically contributing to brief content, audits, presentations and pitches
