A well established boutique CBD Chartered practice, our client has carved out a niche in providing Tax, Business Services and an outsourced Finance function to a broad range of clients including High Net Wealth Individuals and businesses in a diverse range of industries with turn-overs of up to $40 million per year.
The team draws on extensive experience working within commercial enterprise and in public practice, and provides services across;
-Tax
-Accounting
-Asset Protection
-Operating a Proactive Finance Function
-Business Performance Analysis
-Business Valuations
Due to on-going growth and succession planning, they are looking to appoint an energetic and high-performing Senior Manager on a permanent basis.
You will possess a combination of Accounting & Tax experience within an Australian Chartered environment.
Core responsibilities will include;
-Oversee preparation of tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSF's
-Oversee month-end reporting preparation
-Client engagement & Advice
-Tax Compliance, Advice and reporting
-ad-hoc Project work
-Provide Leadership and Training to junior team members
To be successful in this role, you will possess;
-Around 10 years experience in a Chartered Accounting firm with a combination of Tax and Accounting experience
-Australian CA/CPA qualification (essential)
-Proven Leadership & Staff management experience
-Experience with Australian Taxation law and preparation of financial statements
-Advanced Excel skills
-Strong Communication & stakeholder management skills (fluent English, including excellent grammar and writing skills)
-Full working rights in Australia
-Strong Values, Morals and a desire to "do the right thing" by clients
