This National Financial Planning practice is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Client Service Manager to implement compliant advice and support financial planners. The company excels in growing and safeguarding wealth for individuals and nonprofits, a method which is supported through research and expertise to deliver optimal returns and outcomes for their clients.
This role is to provide effective, proactive and consistent support to Advisers, adding to team productivity. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist Advisers with client management, including opening new accounts
- Maintain client records to compliance standards and prepare files for review and discussion
- Recording of file notes and being responsible for any action items from meetings
- Answer incoming phone calls and managing client queries and needs.
- Liaise with any external relationships (clients, accountants, lawyers etc) as required which will include the booking of client and other meetings and proactive diary management of the Adviser
- Maintain and update regulatory documents as required, including Investor Certificates, Fee Disclosure Statements and Renewal Notices
- Manage funds transfers, investment applications and redemptions using various platforms
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a financial planning business with a record of implementing strategies
- Strong communication skills
- Computer proficiency: platform and portfolio experience
- Organised and proactive work approach, with the ability to manage multiple prioroties at any given time
