We are looking for a Senior Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our growing team and support the implementation of advice within the business. Main objective
The Senior Client Services Manager (CSM) is primarily responsible for performing the tasks that comprise the implementation and ongoing administration of clients’ financial strategies.
Duties & responsibilities include:
- Supporting the finalisation of Statements and Records of Advice.
- Responsibility for the ‘on-boarding’ of new clients and ongoing administration support of existing clients.
- Responsibility for the implementation of advice documents including SOAs, ROAs, review documents and applications.
- Producing correspondence, reports and non-advice related customer service and support.
- Liaising with clients, third party product and service providers.
- Providing progress/completion updates to clients.
- Managing the upkeep of accurate data using Adviser Logic and other business systems as required.
- Ensuring the business ‘WIP’ is being efficiently processed, identifying any systematic issues.
- Make certain that documents and processes are in line with required compliance standards.
- Ensuring effective communication between clients and the business and the development of strong client relationships.
Experience:
- 2 years or more of financial planning industry experience.

- Excellent task and time management skills.
- RG 146 would be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of AdviserLogic would be well regarded.
