Senior Clinical Research Associate - Australia/NZ
The Position:
Zimmer Biomet, a global leading healthcare provider, invite applications for a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Sydney, Australia. Reporting to Clinical Research & Development Manager for Australia and New Zealand, your primary responsibility is to manage all facets of Clinical Research to gather the required clinical evidence to support the registration of the Zimmer Biomet products as well as the marketing of the products after registration approval.

Skills and Experience:
Analytical, persuasive and data driven, the Senior Clinical Research Associate will participate in clinical strategy formulation, prioritise project initiatives and execute project plans to acquire the clinical data to meet business needs. You will have highly developed communication skills and be expert in summarising information and circulating this to varied audiences. The successful applicant will be influential amongst their peer group and to senior stakeholders - both internal and external.
As a Senior Manager in the Zimmer Biomet ANZ team, you will:
- Work with global and regional teams to ensure all pre and post market activities are conducted in accordance with relevant legislative requirements.
- Possess a degree in the health, life sciences, engineering or related disciplines.
- Ample experience in Clinical Research (preferably in device trials/studies) in Australia and/or New Zealand including clinical study project management.
- Thorough knowledge of international guidelines and local regulations in the conduct of Clinical Research especially in medical devices.
- Excellent knowledge in Clinical Research methodology and processes from the set up to completion phase of Clinical Research projects.
