You will play a pivotal role and be responsible for monitoring clinical studies ensuring that projects are conducted with the highest quality standards and preparing, organizing, managing feasibility, site selection and investigator identification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits. You will have the opportunity to support business development activities e.g project bidding and work alongside the Lead CRA to develop and refine your project management skills with the goal to contribute towards efficient management of trials.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences(Nursing, pharmacy or other science-related background)
- At least 3 years’ minimum experience in monitoring clinical trials in CRO, Pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry
- Experience working in Oncology studies and exposure to study start up will be highly beneficial.
- You are a people-person who loves to have an impeccable working relationship with clients, CRO members, SMO/Site research teams, KOLs, etc
- Willing to travel as required.
