About the role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Cloud Operational Support Engineer to be part of our Technology Infrastructure & Networks, Technology Command team. The Senior Cloud Operational Support Engineer is a specialist in information systems and provides technical support and advice on Cloud and related technologies to users across multiple locations and platforms, ensuring changes to the environment including complex deployments are managed and have minimal risk to the NSW Police Force and its data.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on leading edge technologies for the advancement of law enforcement in NSW. A greenfield opportunity to create an environment spanning multiple infrastructures and technologies.

Provide examples of your extensive knowledge and experience in the implementation, maintenance and administration of Cloud infrastructure services. In your response, please ensure you address the focus capabilities of the role, namely, networking and connectivity, authentication, identity and access management, monitoring, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, disaster recovery and Github.
Target Question 2:
Provide examples of your most recent Infrastructure as a Code developments? What scripting language did you use and how was the version control was maintained?
