SalaryYou will be responsible for supporting the Core Media and Broadcasting applications, systems and software and ensuring high levels of reliability and availability.
You will manage escalated tickets, identify, and investigate root cause and work on resolving issues across all our wavering applications.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in an Application Support role within a large complex company
- Experience troubleshooting Windows, AD and Linux OS related issues.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
