About this role: Senior CMS Administrator (Completions)

On behalf of our client, a High-Profile Global Renewable Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Senior CMS Administrator. This will be a contract role until the end of 2024 located in the eastern suburbs of Perth.

The role is to support the Commissioning Team and the Project Teams through the different phases of build completion and commissioning as per commissioning management plan.

You will be responsible for:

  • Adhering to and effectively communicate project/protype safety procedures and policies
  • Proactively intervene where safety deficiencies are identified and report them to the respective Leadership Team
  • Promoting safety within Commissioning activities and verify that safety procedures are implemented and followed
  • Leading and managing CMS Administration direct reports
  • Managing the development of plans and procedures related to Completions Management
  • Ensuring correct population of the Systems Completions Database by agreed hierarchy, ie System, Sub-System, Discipline, Tagged Item
  • Tracking and reporting of construction and commissioning status of the project
  • Managing development of plans and procedures related to Completion Management
  • Issuing daily, weekly and monthly Completion Reports
  • Assisting in the development of Quality and Assurance inspection Plans, Inspections and Test Records
  • Managing data population of Completion Management Database, validation and maintaining the integrity of the database
  • Assisting and help coordinating completion of deliverables in readiness for RFC, NOE and PSSR including facilitating formal punchlist walkdowns and punchlist management via the CMS with key stakeholders
  • Assisting and helping to facilitate preparation of CCC handovers
What you need to bring:
  • Previous experience in Completions Leadership role
  • Ability to make sound decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, experience and judgment and in a timely manner
  • Proactive work attitude and the ability to meet or exceed goals successfully and be supportive of others
  • Builds effective relationships with people at all levels within the Company and external stakeholder engagement
  • Monitor progress and results, reporting through Company systems
  • Can communicate performance accurately, succinctly and promptly
  • Strong understanding of the Company and provides feedback on, or designs feedback loops into, existing processes
  • Ability to improve work processes, proposes new methods, show initiative and challenge the status quo
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and ability to multi-task to achieve positive outcomes and goals
  • Confident time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Demonstrated experience in the Completion Management Systems (CMS)
  • Candidates must be able to bring a flexible mindset, challenge traditional thinking and be prepared to work outside of their comfort zone
