Duties
- Business partner with the sales team to prepare monthly rolling forecasts and perform regular sales variance analysis as well as market share analysis.
- Support the development of the three-year strategic plans and annual budget.
- Partner with the business on pricing and trading terms strategy, price changes and submissions with major customers
- Financial modelling for strategically important business cases and customer deals
- High level of involvement in ad-hoc projects, strategy sessions, planning sessions and business support projects across all areas of the business.
Skills and Experience
- Experienced and ability to partnering with various stakeholders and departments in an organisation.
- 5+ years relevant experience within Commerce & Industry
- CA or CPA qualified
- Experience within FMCG or aligned industries is essential
- High level of commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced excel skills is a pre requisite and experience using BI tools is advantageous.
- SAP experience is highly desirable
- Experience using Aztec/IRI is advantageous
