A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst based in Sydney to make a real impact in our Agent Solutions portfolio.
Who are you?
You are a Commercial Finance Analyst with strong commercial acumen who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing, sales-driven environment.
Reporting directly to the Finance Business Partner who looks after Agent Solutions portfolio, you will provide 'real time' support and analysis to the Finance Business Partner, be a trusted advisor and provide value-adding input to improve decision-making and business outcomes.
Your key focus for the first 6 months will be working closely with your portfolio business units in creating a robust, constructive and proactive partnership with both sales operations and management.
You will have:
Commercial finance analyst experience (budgeting, forecasting, cost management, revenue management) and a demonstrated understanding of the factors that drives sales growth
Demonstrated business analyst experience, including influencing decision-making and enabling leaders through strategic financial advice
Strong financial modelling skills, with experience in building and maintaining financial models.
Strong business case preparation and presentation skills, with experience in PowerPoint
Ability to utilise advanced data visualisation tools to convey insights and build detailed financial analysis
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across multi-functional teams
Ability to communicate complex information to a non-finance audience, in written and verbal formats
Detail oriented
A CA or CPA qualification (or nearly qualified) and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience
Desirable Skills
Experience with Power BI and Tableau
