The Role
This is an integral role in delivering key strategic initiatives to support the successful roll out of group wide projects. You will have direct exposure to senior business stakeholders with high levels of engagement and opportunity to influence and drive outcomes. This key advisor role will see you delivering on critical investment decisions. Duties include:
- End to end analysis and business casing of projects.
- Scenario modelling and communication of proposed investment and assumptions to senior stakeholders.
- Develop business case models for initiatives via gathering, analysing, summarising and interpreting data.
- Lead the capital forecast process in the relevant areas.
- Monitor overall project costs, mitigate cost variations, ensure strong financial governance.
- Business partner within finance and the group to identify key success indicators.
- Develop reporting processes to deliver insightful and reliable data to key stakeholders.
- Conduct post implementation and ROI reviews.
The Person
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a senior Analyst / Commercial role.
- CA / CPA qualified, ideally from Big 4/mid-Tier transactional services.
- Strong data analysis, modelling and forecasting skills.
- Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
- Ability to make the complex simple.
- Experience using financial systems in a commercial environment.
