AddressCommercial Litigation - Insolvency Lawyer position available with a highly regarded Commercial Disputes - Insolvency team in a Sydney CBD practice.
What the position focuses on:
- Collaborating in the practice area that is led by 2 partners
- Work autonomously on debt recovery matters and work as part of a team on large litigation and insolvency matters
- Drafting documents such as letters of demand, subpoenas, pleadings and affidavits
- Appear at Direction Hearings.
- $150,000 to $200,000 Salary range | Can be negotiable
- Flexible working conditions

- Highly reputable disputes and insolvency practice in a national firm setting.
- Referall bonuses
- 5 years + PAE in Commercial Litigation - Insolvency
- Experience in drafting bankruptcy notices, statutory demands and supporting documents
- Credit level onwards academic achievements
- Ability to work independently and in a team
