The focus of the practice is broad litigation and disputes (Supreme, Federal and District Court matters), commercial transactional (commercial contracts, corporate advisory, franchising) and property.
The Role
Providing key support to the firm principal, you will assist with either general litigation matters, or commercial transactional work (or a combination of both, depending on your experience).
The role will most likely suit a lawyer with 5+ years PQE looking for something different.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation, commercial, property or all areas
- An ability to work autonomously and collaboratively;
- Have commercial acumen;
- Possess excellent drafting, analytical, practical and client focused problem solving, communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills;
- Be motivated, self-driven and responsive;
- Have the capacity to remain calm and professional under pressure and in a fast-paced role.
