Salary package: $109,945 - $117,567 per annum plus 17% superannuation

The mission of Facilities and Services Division is to "Enable academic excellence at ANU through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery." The three key portfolios are Corporate, Infrastructure & Planning and Operations.
Located within the Corporate portfolio, Commercial Services provides a variety of commercial services to the ANU and wider community.
The Commercial Services portfolio comprises over 140 commercial tenancies, including the Kambri Precinct, Centralised Venues, Childcare Services and off-site facilities. The Commercial Services team is the first contact for all leasing enquiries.
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Property Advisor to manage our Commercial Leasing Portfolio, overseeing property management, capital planning, financial management, administration, housekeeping, and maintenance services along with management of staff and contractors to support these services.
Please note this is a fixed-term appointment, covering a period of parental leave up to a maximum of 12 months. The anticipated start date is mid to late February 2024 or sooner.
Success in this role will be determined by your strong experience in commercial tenancies/leasing, administration, and financial management. You will also possess strong relationship management skills working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to meet the needs of the diverse community.
