Details: Reporting to the Commercial Lead, the Senior Director – Commercial is a key leadership position within the Light Rail Commercial team. The Commercial team is a central function of the Light Rail project team and provides a range of financial, commercial, legal, probity and procurement support and advice across the project.
The Senior Director – Commercial will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills and be able to support the negotiation of key commercial and legal issues associated with the procurement and delivery of Light Rail Stage 2.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Positions classified as an Infrastructure Officer require the occupant to:
hold a relevant professional qualification or accreditation with a professional body recognised within Australia; or
hold a relevant building degree; or
have significant building or Infrastructure knowledge and/or project management experience
Desirable:
A degree or diploma in a relevant commercial, legal or technical field – or demonstrated relevant equivalent experience;
Demonstrated relevant experience in the development, procurement and delivery of significant infrastructure projects;
Experience in infrastructure projects in PPP or collaborative contracting environments; and
Experience in transport projects.
