A great opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager looking for something different and exciting in the commercial market with a stand alone boutique in a lovely part of Melbourne's Southeast precinct.
This role will oversee a portfolio of 140-170 tenancies – a mixture of industrial/warehouse, office, and retail. A very generous base salary is on offer in addition to a very lucrative commision scheme (comm scheme can be emailed to short-listed applicants).
Company laptop, phone and carpark provided. The Property Managers are heavily supported by a Trust Accountant, an Assistant and a Facilities Manager. As well as great mentorship by a very hands on Head of Property Management i.
Once probation has been completed there is the option to work from home 1-2 days per week.
The system they use is a Use Release. Experience as a Commercial Property Manager is essential as is knowledge of their software, Use Release ideally. This role would be ideal for those who are looking for something a bit different with great rewards.
