Priding themselves on their local expertise in the market, they are seeking a passionate, service-driven professional to join their vibrant and high-performing asset management team. You will be responsible for overseeing a mixed portfolio of 140 commercial tenancies, a mix of mostly retail and office with some industrial. You will have assistance from Trust accountants and administration staff as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 140 commercial properties, mix of industrial office and retail
- Deliver a high quality of service to owners and tenants
- Take full ownership of lease negotiations, reviews, renewals, arrears, inspections and vacancies
- See that company policies and procedures are followed to ensure owner’s objectives and investment strategies
- Arrears control and marketing of properties
- Oversee property maintenance matters
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Ideally 2+ years' experience in Commercial Property Management
- Knowledgeable and passionate about Commercial Property
- Capacity to negotiate and deal with strong personalities
- Current Agent's Representative's Certificate and Driver's License
- Ability to work autonomously - be a self-starter
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and time-management
