Commercial Property Manager - Mid To Senior Level

Your Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the portfolio on behalf of an established client base
• Build solid relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Market rent reviews and rent increases
• Organise and provide advice on property repairs and maintenance
• Proactively deal with queries and act as a trusted advisor
• Reporting to head of Property Management/ Directors

You will need:

• Minimum 3 years of Commercial Property Management experience required
• Agents Representative Certificate
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car
• Strong communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
• IT savvy - Solid computer skills, Word, Excel
