A new opportunity exists in the Youth Reform team of Strategic Engagement Branch of the Department of Education for a communications professional. The role will include communication and engagement planning and delivery for the full suite of initiatives under the $288 million Youth Education Engagement Reform package.
Your Role:
The role will work closely with multiple Project Managers on the design and delivery of communication strategies, as well as stakeholder engagement.
The role includes:
- Development, monitoring & delivery of communication plans for reform initiatives
- Development, monitoring & coordination of stakeholder engagement and management plans for the reforms
- Maintaining, developing and designing web content
- Development & delivery of media and opportunities plans, including development of draft media releases, speeches and other material
- Development of communication content for newsletters, sector networks and other
- Development of communication products as needed for stakeholder engagement forums and events
Exemplary writing and planning skills are a must.
