What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients to assess their current BI capabilities, Corporate Performance Management processes, and strategic objectives.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis, performance assessments, and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Design and implement customised BI solutions, executive dashboards, and performance scorecards tailored to each client's specific needs and requirements.
- Develop data models, ETL processes, and data visualisation techniques to enhance data accuracy, accessibility, and usability for decision-makers.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower client teams in using BI tools, interpreting performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions.
- Provide strategic recommendations, actionable insights, and best practices to help clients align their corporate goals with key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry benchmarks.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including data engineers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality BI solutions within project timelines and budget constraints.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in BI, analytics, and Corporate Performance Management to continuously improve service offerings and deliverables.
- Function as a trusted advisor to clients, build long-term relationships, and identify opportunities for additional consulting engagements or value-added services.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Consultant or similar role, specialising in Corporate Performance Management, executive-level reporting, and strategic consulting.
- Proven history of successfully delivering BI projects, driving business impact through data analytics.
- Experience working in a consulting environment, managing client relationships.
- Strong business and accounting knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of ERP solutions and experience in various industries.
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge or Expertise in using advanced BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms for data modelling, visualisation, and reporting.
- Knowledge or Expertise in Solver Corporate Performance Management, or similar solutions including data warehousing, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge or expertise in Microsoft Azure platform
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels and translate concepts into business solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple clients/project tasks at once.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing client needs in a dynamic consulting environment.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting and Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
