The opportunity:
Reporting to the Security and Technology Solutions team, the Senior Consultant - Service Delivery plays a pivotal role in providing project management services to support the delivery of engineering scopes within Defence. In this role, you will collaborate closely with relevant Defence stakeholders in the Maritime space to ensure objectives are met in accordance to specified requirements. The key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage project members by identifying customer needs and resolving issues.
- Oversee Service Delivery within the business context.
- Build partnerships and liaise with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions.
- Manage timesheets and burn rates.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the project, such as reviewing CV's.
- Assess customer feedback and creatively establish, improve, and refine services.
- Organise deliverables and ensure service deadlines are met.
About you:

- Bachelor of Engineering, or equivalent with industry experience.
- Experience across project management and Service Delivery in Defence consulting.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to effectively utlise Microsoft Power Apps
- Successful applicant must hold NV1 Defence Security Clearance
